Give your voice ink with a family history, unrecorded treasures, photographs in a book you can hold in your hands, a gift from you that not only connects you to your descendants but to your forbears. You can do this in a straightforward memoir or in a different narrative mode should you choose. Here's how:

• I interview you, taping in-depth sessions. You can give me photos, letters, documents to study or not. It's your life, your history to describe as you wish.

• I transcribe your words and present you with an outline of chapters and opening pages to present your story in an engaging narrative. You can review the structure and style and make any changes. When you've signed off on this outline, I will write your story using your voice. Alternatively, you may choose to continue writing your story with my help, having discovered your own voice.

• If you would like to self-publish your book, I would be happy to help. There would be an additional charge for this.

If you're interested, we can meet to discuss the work you envisage, either face to face, on Skype or by telephone. Should you decide to proceed, I will estimate the cost before we start the project. The total cost will vary depending upon the number of interviews necessary and whether you would like me to interview other members of the family or friends.
